  I have recently received delivery of a parcel and am extremely disappointed over the quality of the e-bay delivery. When I received the parcel, the contents were damaged and entirely unusable, and given the fragile nature of them and the fact they were glass, I have needed to place these in the bin. Attached is a photo clearly showing the box being thrown over the gate. The box had fragile stickers on 3 sides. I await your prompt response
