  Yeti 14oz Mug arrived in brand new, never used condition with all labels, owner's info included as advertised. Shipping cost was a little higher, but was shipped UPS with tracking notifications and was professionally packaged with lots of packing material to keep the mug safe in shipment. The mug appears perfect with no dings or scratches. Package arrived sooner than others I ordered days before this one. Very happy with purchase!

  Product arrived as described even though UPS shipped it back to the seller because they damaged the packaging in shipping. Once product arrived it was not damaged. I would buy from this seller again and would recommend them to others. Thank you for getting the Yeti out to me in such a quick turn around after having to deal with UPS. I found out that the driver that decided on their own to send it back was written up and the entire crew that services my area had a big meeting about this shipment.
