Currently have initiated a conversation discussing the seller replacing the phone with one that functions properly. The item was listed as 'new' but I must question that as box had the manufacturer's tape seals broken and the protective plastic was missing from the rear camera area and the rear camera area has several light scratches in the raised camera mount area.

Advertised as 6Gb of RAM+256Gb ROM, it's actually 4Gb of RAM and 126Gb of ROM. On top of that is the fact that it picks and chooses when it will turn on, the battery lasts about 5 hours, with no use, just turned on.
