  I ordered an EXO lightstick at the end of June with fast delivery for my Baekhyun's concert. It was supposed to be delivered around the 7th~11th of July (it is the 20th of July today). I didn't have any delivery tracking so I contacted the seller MANY times for that (and asking some information as well). I only got one message "could you wait for it" and nothing else. Very poor communication and unprofessional ! I got refunded at the end because obviously, no product.
