    Ebay was on top of this issue to totally refund my order because I had made an error in ordering item from this seller. Within seconds I tried to cancel and was told it was too late to cancel and was told within two minutes my order was already shipped. Ebay notified me that full refund was given to me immediately. I am still giving seller a positive five star in hope he/she might learn a lesson in good business practice and play nicely. Thank you

    Not sure why this buyer thinks I did anything wrong. I was packing up orders to try to make it to the post office before they closed when this order came in. I printed the label for this package and packed it up. As I was backing out of my driveway to go ship packages they canceled. I honored there request to cancel immediately even though I paid for the label myself because it was free shipping. Not sure how they think I did something wrong or am not good with business practices.
