  This was as much on me as it was the seller. I ordered this back in December but didn't open it until today. I took the seller for their word that it was a great piece and didn't look closely enough at their photos. I also didn't unpack the item upon delivery. But having said all of this......this "great piece" has both horns and the tail broken off and missing. I bought an expensive door stop!

  Next time try asking the seller and then request a return perhaps he would be more amenable. I do not recall any messages from you at all. I tried to put many pictures on there to show you what items I have for sale as well. I did believe that this item was made that way.

  Shipping took a week just to be dropped off. Communication is not this seller strong point. Packaged arrived but the product wasn't packaged with care. Overall would not recommend this seller.

  I have a five day shipping time as shown in my advertisement was well within that time limit. It was packaged in the original packaging, and I’ll let you know that several times.
