  I can't believe the customer service that Joe provides for his customers. There was a shipment issue with my purchase and Joe was on top of it immediately, and corrected the issue with ease. The quality of service is top tier here. The condition of the item was perfectly described. The value is in their service and attention to customers.   The seller needs a BETTER camera as the pictures did not show the PERFECT condition of this wheel. Wheel arrived promptly and packed securely. Communications were EXCELLENT! Very nice transaction. Should this seller have something I need I will not hesitate to deal with him again.

  I was very nervous ordering "new" wheels online to replace 2 with failed refinishes at such a fair cost. I couldn't find a bad thing said about the seller. Fast shipping and the rims that were ordered were in literal mint condition in a properly padded box. I would rather do business with this seller then go to a local wheel shop or stealership which will damage and ding stuff up by just looking at your vehicle. Highly recommend ordering from Joes Wheels Illiopolis, IL, hes a rare sight to see.

  Seller went above and beyond after FedEx misdelivered the package. He spent the time to contact FedEx file claims and even have FedEx pull GPS location of the delivery driver at time of marking delivered to help figure out where the item got delivered. Luckily it was originally supposed to be shipped to my business address so it was just misdelivered to another business location so I was able to retrieve my item. Seller was super prompt with responses. 5 star seller for sure!!!

Item quality looks perfectly brand new, unopened, should work great, and was far less expensive than original dealership price. I watched this "last one" item for a long time before finally purchasing, glad it arrived so safely boxed, quickly shipped, and received absolutely pristine exactly as seen in the photos. An extra harness was included although my car is already wired for these accessories by the manufacturer. Nice!
