  Garbage seller and customer service. Item came just scrunched up in a box, no care for the item whatsoever. Reached out to the seller with a concern half a dozen times with no response. Description also indicates they are happy to accept a return with tags attached/shipping paid for by the buyer but that is not true.

  The buyer requested a return, but the tag had been removed and reattached, voiding the return per our policy. Their initial message stated they loved the item but found it slightly too big. Our listing clearly stated that returns cannot be accepted if the original tags are removed. The item was carefully packaged in a box, though due to its size, it couldn't be folded perfectly. Sold at 90% off retail, it was a great deal. With 99.7% customer satisfaction, most of our customers are happy.
