    I made a mistake with the listing and included a stock photo that showed two towels. The rest of the pictures, the title, and the description said one towel. They didn't want to send back and requested another but I don't have another. I'm not a company I just had one item. I apologized and offered a full refund.

    Pillow isn't as looks in pictures..it is a memory foam but isn't shaped right ..seller was polite tho and contacted me right away before shipping to me..just wish the pillow was better quality as photos appeared.

    I'm sorry about that, I would've tried to work something out for you but I wasn't contacted. I do want to mention the buyer asked me to ship immediately on a Sunday after the purchase and I made a special trip to the post office just for them.
