    Ordered 2000 beads and they came in a busted up box with two out of four of the bags empty with loose beads in the box. Contacted seller cause it was only 400 beads (should’ve been 1000). They said they sent the correct amount. I made a beaded bag that requires 1600 beads. I skipped several rows in the pattern cause I KNEW I didn’t get the correct amount of beads. When I finished, I had TWO beads left over. So I didn’t get about 600 beads that I PAID for. Their customer service is trash.
