Lots of communication from the seller in trying to reach a resolution.. the seller did the right thing and issued me a full refund!.   This is one of the few sellers that I have a very positive opinion of. They respected me in every way, although the package disappeared at the last destination, for which they as sellers are not responsible, but my local post office. They immediately came to my aid, but my local post office did not. I received an apology from them and a refund without any problems. I recommend this seller to everyone.
