  Product lost in transit. Seller proactively issued a full refund, & offered 5% off a next order. When I attempted to reorder, the price went up by 39% and was no longer an attractive purchase. Ended up finding another Seller with what looked like the same product (e.g. same pictures and description), at the lower price that I had originally secured with the original seller. Why couldn't the order have just been shipped again at the price I paid? Disappointing, and it also cost me more money. 👎

  Received my order in good packaging condition, I use it as a test trial was a disaster all the smoothie liquid flows out at the bottom. I cleaned it up contact seller and told him what happened. He wanted to charge me 20% restocking fee I was disappointed We keep emailing over and over about the situation then finally he decided to send me a return label for my refund. This is the most terrible customer service I have dealt with on ebay. Sorry I was frustrated and disappointed.

  Item exactly as described. Fast shipping. Unfortunately fedex lost one of the packages absolutely not seller's fault. They sent me a refund for the ONE FEDEX LOST. Unfortunately that's a local fedex problem for some reason. Absolutely stand up seller. Highly recommended.
