  Bought two rice cookers from you guys one works one doesn’t plugged in for an hour. Water did not get hot enough to do anything. All you wanna do is give me 15% off for something that does not work. No need to send me a return slip and ship me a new one I have already contactedmy credit card company to do investigation on you guys. Not a good company to work with.
