    Poor communication and practices with this seller - I bought a jacket and after trying it, decided I wanted to return it since it was very small. I then created a return and was not given a label until 3 days later and after sending him a message saying I was going contact eBay, he finally gives it to me. Once it got delivered, I was made to wait another 3 days to get my refund that it seems was given automatically by eBay at 3am. Maybe don’t offer returns if you don’t want to accept them.

    I apologize for the poor communication. eBay had actually told me your return had been automatically approved, and didn't know I had to do anything. Unfortunately, I did not know when the jacket was delivered, because it was delivered to a previous address in another state (my loss). I take responsibility for both and I apologize for any inconvenience. I started this store to help my autistic daughter and with my fulltime job, sometimes I cannot be as responsive as I should.
