  Keycap/Switch Puller came just as it was described. Decent quality that gets the job done. Condition came just describe with it being brand new in a white nondescript package. I'd say the value of this thing is better than what you can find on amazon which usually cost twice as much. Appearance wise it's as basic as you can get for this thing. I will say that it took about a month for it to arrive to my place and the tracking label wasn't accurate.
