I asked for a picture showing the condition of the mirror glass, the seller claimed they couldn't show me because the mirrors were "all packed up ready to be shipped out". I placed the order anyway, only for them to cancel my order with their reason for cancellation being "buyer asked to cancel" which was false, I never asked for this. Seller then never responded to my messages asking why it was cancelled.

Unfortunately the postal system “lost” them for about a week and they still showed up later than expected. We made contact, talked extensively and he was willing to do what he could to get us our items or refund our money. SUPER nice guy and company he has. Not to mention, packaging of our items was great!!!! Easy to get along with company/owner and cares about his customers.
