  After my previous experience trying to buy a silent upright (didn’t go well) I was nervous to buy this. Immediately contacted the seller asking speed of shipping and they said they would send that Monday! (Saturday was the day) so I bought it!! Had to call fedex and fill out a form and stuff for international. The seller was so helpful!! They gave me a fedex call line and even though I was calling them everyday, it made it to me.   Ich bin sowohl vom Reiskocher als auch von der Lieferung begeistert! Von unserem Japanurlaub inspiriert haben wir uns diesen Reiskocher bestellt - ohne zu wissen, dass er direkt aus Japan kommt:) und wir hatten ihn innerhalb von 2 Wochen zu Hause. Ich konnte die ganze Zeit die Lieferung verfolgen, die Ware kam unbeschädigt und gut verpackt an. Das Menü ist wie schon beschrieben auf Japanisch und Englisch, genauso die Anleitung. Und der Stecker passt in unsere Steckdosen. Sehr gerne wieder!
