  Watch arrived new with tags as described, but I noticed some dust inside the watch beneath the crystal (shown in my second picture). I reached out to the seller about this, and after taking it to a watch smith to have the dust cleaned out, the seller refunded me the cost of cleaning and then some on top of that.
