Had to call for help because instructions in package was poor at best. Person that helped was very willing to get the instructions straightened out. I told him he should re-write the instructions himself since he seen they were wrong. He said the instructions were a translation from Chinese. Don't believe the instructions from China. '

Item came in a a plastic bag with no protection around it. Should have been shipped in a box with bubble wrap for protection. Plastic on the farad was cracked real bad and even the hard plastic cap cover on the item was cracked but seller just apologized and said send it back and this was a birthday gift and I didn’t want to show up to his house without a gift so I just dealt with it because I was installing it anyway for him and it did work spite the crack in the lid.
