    The item was described as new, or open box, and there was obvious usage. As soon as I plugged in the AC, it didn't turn on. Even after doing all the troubleshooting, it still wouldn't work. The reason why I'm not giving it a negative feedback is because they initiated a refund upon the return at a fast pace, And they accepted my offer instead of their described price which I'm thankful for. The seller is a top seller for a reason so I don't wish to be disrespectful. Just received a bad item
