  Ordered two. Prompt shipment & safely packaged. Good communication from the seller. Items listed as new & unopened, but security tape looked tampered with, so I cut the tape with a knife to open the boxes. Both units were missing their batteries (that should have included with a "new and unopened unit"). Contacted seller, and at their request provided photos of the tampered security tape. Purchase price was refunded. Frustrating purchase, but situation was handled well by seller. Errors happen.

  Firstly the seller did a fantastic job at replacing the original part that was broken (probably in shipment). The new part arrived in a reasonable time and looks and works as described.   Seller is very good. Originally, seller only shipped me one graphics card and their ad is for lot of you. I notified seller the same day I received the one graphics card. Seller immediately replied and apologize for their error. Seller immediately ship me the second graphics card as stated in their ad. Their price for two graphics card is very good.
