  Seller dishonestly listed this "used-no returns" battery with same brochure pics as their new-in-box/30-day return batteries, causing me not to notice, then had the original customer ship it to me instead of returning it to them. I contacted the seller when I noticed it was coming from PA instead of CA where they are, and they never replied. It was not disclosed in the description either. Well the battery has a problem and suddenly discharges to zero, probably due to a defective cell.
