    Seller shipped the New unopened TV DVDS 'Set-box' in the right size box but, usps apparently managed to 'break' at least some of the Dvds inside in transit. I chose Not to open the box; regardless, seller was understanding and quickly Canceled the transaction & refunded in full. Just bad usps luck this time around. Truth told, am not sure whether the contents were already broken before being shipped as 'New-unopened-no damage' but, i'll never know.

    My positive feedback is for the way the seller worked with me to resolve a problem with the item: The multi CD changer was not working when I got it. It may have been jostled during transit. The seller responded quickly and courteously to my concern; immediately offered to refund; was willing to entertain other ways to resolve the issue. We agreed on partial refund without returning the unit. The refund was processed quickly. Good packaging and shipping.
