  This seller is absolutely the best person this marketplace could ever ask for! I reached out to him because the Navy Exchange fell far short of these rate badges for my daughter's graduating class of sailors and he got these in the mail to her just a few hours after I bought them. Some of the sailors had also ordered some from other vendors on ebay much earlier on and are still waiting for communication that their items were even mailed.
