  I bought two of these items as they were at a good value. One of them was in perfect condition while the other arrived having issues. Reached out to the seller and they got back quickly and sent a replacement. When the replacement also didn’t work, I reached out and was able to return the broken one and the replacement and got my refund for one of the items very quickly. Would recommend and buy from this seller again!

  Wonderful seller to work with!! First UPS lost the package, but seller was able to get it tracked down. Once it finally arrived, despite it having been listed as "Tested & works", my Wii would not read the disc at all (there were a couple big scratches/scuffs on the disc). After contacting the seller, my full purchase was refunded right away without complications. Unfortunately I don't have a game to play - but I would use this seller again in the future.   Item was exactly as described, I was a tad concerned with the rattling of one of the controllers, but they both work and for old controllers that are not made anymore, they looked like they were well cared for.   Fast shipping, packaged in just a plastic mailer, no box or bubble wrap, good price, genuine Nintendo product. Little bummed mine arrived with a small dent in the right grip, some light scratches as shown in product photos, so keep the used quality in mind. Good seller.
