  This purchase was a mix. The negative: the mugs shipped to me were in the worst packaging that I've ever seen from an eBay purchase. 3 of the 4 mugs arrived broken. The positive: the seller was courteous, quick to respond and quick to issue a refund. Everyone makes mistakes at times, not everyone lives up to them. I give the seller credit for that.
