    The sellers description of this item was not accurate. It is a cosmetic an the color of the item I recieved is not compatible with my complexion and thus useless to me. I contacted the seller. To their credit they responded to my complaint very quickly. At first they offered me a partial refund. Then they said that I needed to return the item. I told them it would be of considerable inconvenience for me to do that. I took a total loss on this transaction. It is very rare that I have any trouble.

    The item was described as being brand new but seller sent a used open box item with missing charging cables and damaged box. Return process started June 9th and returned item. Buyer received item back on June 14th and still has not issued a refund. Unacceptable.
