  El teléfono está bien, es increíble. Tiene algunas abolladuras ya que es un teléfono usado pero no importa y eso no es problema del vendedor porque él mismo lo dijo en el anuncio así que todo está bien. Creo que el precio es bastante adecuado para el equipo y además se envió rápido. Decía que estaba desbloqueado sin embargo me llegó con bloqueo de la compañía telefónica pero El vendedor me resolvió el problema de manera bastante pronta

  Seller sent wrong items in correct packaging. Upon reaching out seller offered partial refund that doesn’t begun to cover missing items along with a thinly veiled threat should I begin a return. Curious how the correct item couldn’t simply be sent and also curious how the sale price changed after purchase. What I thought was an honest error seems to be something else entirely.   The item arrived unusable, but the shop did their due dilligence in packing it safely and securely. I suspect it was broken because of the carrier; it happens, and the seller is not to blame for this. Your local parcel distribution center is. KANAU rectified the issue and made sure I was taken care of after the shipping mishap, which I have to reiterate was the carrier's negligence, not KANAU. Class act for working with the customer from beginning to end, would still recommend!

  My Kyocera Gratina KYF37 looks like almost new. There are few scratches that are not that easy to notice. It was steal for its price. Phone itself came SIM lock but right after providing IMEI to seller it got unlocked and my SIM card works ourt of the box. Quality of the phone looks pretty decent. Shipping was really fast. Packaging was ok and communication with seller was great. I look forward to buying from Kanau again.
