Some how the initial package during transit lost its contents with the package arriving without batteries inside and was delivered stamped “Received without Contents” Kastar was extremely responsive and reshipped.     The Kastar AAA Battery CMI-14 charger with 4 batteries USB port arrived 4 days after I ordered them. I also ordered 4 AAA batteries for my wireless Panasonic landline phone before I discovered the necessary charger. I contacted the seller and he immediately agreed to take back the loose batteries.
