    While they agreed to take the item back I lost 3-4 weeks of crucial time and fishing . Took 2 weeks to get rod from Japan . It came with zero protection - just wrapped in thin package that wouldn’t protect anything . Instead of a hard tube that reputable shops ship . I don’t usually leave reviews but this is beyond stpd. No ring protection no additional plastic no hard tube - really that’s how you send a 220$ rod !!!!in thin package all in holes ! My underwear I order is more wrapped and secure
