    I received a Small size and need a Medium. The Seller agreed to accept a return but had to Medium to exchange. I have already received my refund. The Seller does not provide a Return Label. I requested a Return Label and eBay sent me an email saying it was attached. However, a Refund Receipt was attached, not a Return Label. I have been unable to contact someone at eBay to report the error and get a Return Label sent to me. Thank you.
