  Seller offered the product as “Buy it Now” or “Make Offer” I made several offers but all were DECLINED by the seller. My last offer was only a couple dollars away from the “Buy it Now” Price. I ended up purchasing it at the “Buy it Now “ price because I really needed the item. Just don’t see the need to list an item as “Make Offer” when you won’t accept anything but full price???? Otherwise fast shipping. High quality item.
