  Do not purchase from the seller! Should be barred from eBay all together. Was said to arrive within, at most, five days. I really needed these in a timely manner for obvious reasons. On day 8 contacted the seller for an update and got zero response. The package finally arrived 10 days late. And in this atrocious condition. Honestly my dog could have prepared this for shipment better than he did.

  I shipped the product the next day after you purchased. I have no control over the handling time on why it took the shipping carrier so long to deliver. Thats out of my control
