  Purchased a Hill-Rom hospital bed. Item arrived in a defective condition. Contacted seller immediately. Seller had nearly a month to resolve the issue and failed to do so. Filed a return with Ebay. Ebay granted the return. Now seller claims that I am trying to cheat them, which is a lie. I would not recommend this seller as I do not believe them to be honest and forthright in their dealings.
