I had real difficulty tracking this item down but decided to ask a seller, who was advertising similar things.     Product was great , right price. The issue was with royal mail who told me it's was on its way , it was tracked but took 5 days and,numerous times of trying to contact royal mail who kept saying nobody to accept delivery .we were in 24/7 . Product from seller brilliant. Would never use royal mail again

    I can't leave feedback for this item, as I didn't receive it. However, I'd like to heap praise on the sellers. Through an error that could happen to anyone, the wrong product was inadvertently sent to me. They quickly resolved the issue, and were so kind in their correspondence. They suggested I give the incorrect item to a friend or, even better, to a charity shop. I really appreciate the human touch, and would happily deal with these people again.

    When I initially brought the item, it was shipped and arrived quickly. While trying to replace the element in my existing oven, I came to realise I had brought the wrong one. I cannot fault the seller at all, they accepted my return request (eventhough it was totally my fault) and the refund was dealt with quickly. I would recommend this seller! :)
