    The packaging was outstanding. The item was boxed up ensuring its arrival in perfect condition, protecting the quality, appearance and value. Similar products are often shipped in padded envelopes where they invariably incur damage in shipping. Not so here. This is a seller you can trust for shipping from their excellent inventory.

Description was “some wear and tear, see photos.” Good communication from seller, she offered a full refund on return, which I declined since my granddaughter already has it. Seller also refunded some of the shipping cost since I purchased multiple items from her store.
