  Paid the seller immediately. Item had a delivery time of Dec 3 to Dec 9. On December 10th, according to the tracking item had not even shipped. Messaged seller. No reply. Received item five days late without the original packaging which was not as pictured. Probably to save money on using a small bag for the shipping. Not professional. Bad experience.

  Item came brand new aa described. Only negative is that I purchased a quantity of 5 and according to the listing that was the total amount left. Seller charges shipping for each individual item. I messaged to ask if they would consider lowering the shipping price since I purchased multiple quantities and I never heard back. Paid $9 shipping for 5 lipsticks. 🙄

  Item arrived opened, both the packaging and the eyeliner itself had no seal. Package was beat up, and MFR date was over 8 years ago. I wish I had read reviews before I purchased from this person. They also did not respond to my complaint, so Ebay had to refund me my money. I have been using Ebay for decades and this is the first time I've had such a bad experience with a seller.
