  The condition is brand new. For the value I would have to say it’s quite a great purchase! The Appearance is exactly as described and exactly as picture in the photos- no surprises. The fabric is closer to a “windbreaker” or “rain jacket” type than anything else, which makes for good cleaning. The backpack straps are a little weak but nothing I can’t improvise.
