Hello, my name is kymberly and I’ve been selling for over 3 years on other sites and been on EBay for a year now. I started selling after I left a long career in the restaurant industry to take care of my ailing mother. I’m a little OCD about buying & selling only the best items. I take extreme care in sending the packages to you. This also gives me time to spend with my 12 year old twin grandkids who are my best friends.     Although the seller did make this right, I was disappointed not to get an email response to my initial note regarding the top's condition after receiving it. Once I opened a case however, her response was prompt. It was advertised as NWOT, but had considerable amounts of pilling and the color was not as stated. The shipment was quick and well-packaged. Sorry this didn't work out. Best of luck with your business.
