  The mugs were promptly shipped but unfortunately both were broken upon arrival. The post office must have been quite rough with the package because the mugs were individually wrapped in padded envelopes inside a sturdy box. When notified, the seller immediately issued a refund. I am disappointed but appreciate the seller's prompt response.
