    Aside from a minor issue with shipping damage, that will be repaired by me, the vendor was especially responsive to replace or refund, however I choose instead to exchange my repair for something of lesser value from his store. He suggested this and we came to an agreement! Great response and very courteous vendor! Btw, the damage was from a weak spot in the product, that shipping didn’t help, not the vendor!
