  Well packed and fast delivery. Item arrived in great condition as pictured. Customs calculated on full sale price excluding any vouchers or discounts at approx 19% and the payment process is straight forward. Best to anticipate and answer a call from the courier company. I almost let the DHL call go expecting a scam but the android screen didn't go red so all good.

  The ruby and diamond ring is beautiful and just as described. It's prettier in-person. The rubies are a gorgeous color. The ring arrived from Japan very quickly, and it was packaged securely.   The shipping was very fast, and it came in a secure box, which said “Authenticity Guaranteed,” with bubble wrap to protect the actual package. The Chanel box was inside an Etsy cloth bag, and the key case was resting on a black cloth with small bubble wrap underneath. The key case is just as described, and I would definitely buy from this seller again. They communicated with me every step of the way until I got the package, and they were quick to answer if I had a question.
