After I had bought a leather jacket, I asked if it was possible to make the same jacket in black, although this was not offered in the store. I got an answer the same day that it was no problem.     Messaged seller & comm was great answered questions. Satisfied I ordered. Since it said In Stock, and a tracking number had been provided to eBay, I asked status since tracking didn’t show, and if it’d arrive on time, was assured yes. Day or 2 before delivery tells me it was wrongly made, so won’t arrive on time. When I finally received it, it smelled as if it’d been in a room with chain smokers. Entire garage reeked! Sent to leather specialist to TRY to get smell out. Seller no more comms.
