  I purchased the new xbox 2tb galaxy black special edition and It was in perfect condition. No issues and everything looked good. I got exactly what was advertised and for a good price. The only issue I encountered was the warehouse did not ship out my order when it was supposed to. It was just sitting and had been forgotten about until I messaged the seller about my order. Once they knew of the issue they immediately fixed the situation and overnighted my package. I received it the next day.
