Shipped promptly, actually the very next day. Arrived and cleared customs and from customs here, got lost. Seller quickly refunded purchase amount. Their customer service is Excellent and they respond to all contact. We agreed that if it arrives someday? to re-issue them payment. This was either a USPS issue or? sticky fingers. We Thank Them for all their help and will purchase from them again.
