    Item has still not arrived after 3 weeks. I contacted the seller and he explained that there were heavy rains in his city and that he hadn’t received the items. At the very least I would’ve expected the seller to inform me of the delay rather than waiting for me to contact them after the due date. Have asked to check when it would get delivered, if not will request eBay for assistance.
