  The Lenovo m920x was described as refurbished, but it honestly appeared to be brand new. The price was very fair for the model I ordered. I had a minor issue with shipping damage but the seller took care of it promptly and fairly and I was able to order a replacement for the small part that was broken. The seller also offered a full refund, however he also offered a partial credit that covered the cost of the broken part, which was completely fair. Very good experience with the seller. Thanks

  I received an outstanding laptop from this seller. I actually ordered a Lenovo T480 and the seller was not able to fulfill so he shipped out a T490 (that does not look like it has been used) for the same money.
