    I ordered two CD sets (total of 8 CDs). The seller indicated that one set was missing a CD. But when they arrived, 2 were missing and only 5 out of 8 CDs were the right ones. I contacted the seller. They did not acknowledge their fault and offered a refund upon return of the items. It's unfair for a seller to expect the buyer to go through the hassle of the return process when the fault lies with the seller. Everyone makes mistakes but how you handle them matters. I cannot recommend this seller.

    The buyer did reach out about their purchase and was told that I was sorry for the mix up and she could start a return and get a free shipping label. As her feedback says, she didn't want to go to the trouble of returning the item instaed, decided to leave a negative feedback.
