    ***BUYER BEWARE!!*** Seller gave the option for "Best Offer" then ignored my nice message with a reasonable offer for a couple bucks less than listed. But I hesitantly and regretfully gave them the benefit of the doubt and went ahead and bought the item anyway with another polite message trying to communicate with them again. However, they canceled the sale for NO REASON, refused to communicate with me, then relisted the item for a higher price! They're a poor excuse for a "Top Rated Seller!"

    Buyer wanted item for 50% off and got upset I did not accept. They then bought the item and asked to cancel. I assume to leave bad feedback as seen above.
