  This amplifier is exactly what is described. I bought four, and four were shipped in perfect appearance and function. They were carefully packaged, and included everything necessary except instructions, but the connections are labeled very clearly on the circuit board. You may have to tweezer a tiny bit of glue away to see it. If the dealer would care to reduce the very excessive handling times I would shop there again. They were honest and responsive. You couldn't find these at a better price.

  One of the tweeters I received was defective. The magnet and or housing was glued together crooked so that it would not snap into the housing and it would just fall out. They did send a return shipping label, so I thought I would give them a second chance and ordered another set, but they canceled the order on the second set with a lie that "there was a problem with the shipping address". Then they said they were reporting me to eBay for some weird stuff they made up.

  The item you returned came back with missing parts and a rock inside the box. This was fully documented. Due to this fraudulent return, we canceled future orders as a precaution. The issue was not the shipping address, and we reported the case to eBay accordingly. We take fraud seriously and will always act to protect our business
